CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments require 24hour advance notice for rescheduling or cancellations, or we must charge you 50% of the services requested, or deduct the amount from your Gift Certificate. We also require a 48 hour cancellation notice for all Day Spa packages and a three-week cancellation notice for our Bridal packages. Package cancellations after these times will be charged the full amount.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Your Gift Certificate is not valid after one year, as we do not keep records after that time. No refund will be made on Gift Certificates or unused services.
PACKAGE TREATMENTS
All packages must be pre-paid in a single payment. Skin care treatment series are valid for three to six months respectively.
WHAT TO BRING
Contact lens wearers should bring a storage case for lenses, as lenses must be removed for facials, lash extensions and lash tinting services.
VALUABLES
We cannot be responsible for lost valuables, so jewelry of significant value should be left at home. Please be sure to remove all jewelry before your facial treatment or massage. We recommend their safe keeping in your purse.
RETURN POLICY
All purchases are final.
RETURN CHECK POLICY
There is a $35.00 charge for any check issued to Ambiance Day Spa that is not honored.
